Customer MUST call to obtain an RMA number prior to returning any product.

Items MUST still be sealed in original packaging, unopened, unused, in re-saleable condition can be returned.

A 20% restocking fee above any distributer restocking fees applies to any items returned.

Special or custom orders ARE NOT eligible for return. Warranty may apply.

Electrical components of any kind are not returnable for refund or credit, but may be covered by warranty replacement.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Save the packaging in case of return.
