To that end, we do not conduct technical support via telephone. All support is handled via email. Email allows us to understand the conversation better, and provide more information, exchange pictures and documents as needed to communicate more effectively. Moose Diesel Return Policy To begin a return, a customer MUST send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an RMA number prior to returning any product! This is very important, as any returns not submitted with an RMA number may be lost or discarded. Items MUST still be sealed in original packaging, unopened, unused, in re-saleable condition can be returned. A 20% restocking fee above any distributor restocking fees applies to any items returned.
