Timing Tool Rental Policy

🔧 Pulse Timing Tool & Timing Light Rental Policy

📄 Inspect the Tool When It Arrives

1. Check the Tool as Soon as It Arrives

You must look over the rental tool right away when it is delivered. Make sure to inspect all items to be sure there are no cracks in the screen, no cables are cut or injured, the line contact isn’t damaged, and everything turns on and lights up.

   

2. Tell Us Immediately if Something Is Wrong

If you notice any damage or the tool is not working correctly, you must let us know right away. Waiting to report a problem can make it appear that the damage happened after you received the tool.  EMAIL: support@moosediesel.com

3. We Fully Inspect the Tool Before Shipping

Every rental tool is checked and tested before it leaves our facility. It is shipped in good working condition.  There will be an inspection certificate in the unit. 

4. You Are Responsible for the Tool After Delivery

Once the tool is delivered, you are responsible for taking care of it and keeping it in excellent condition. Any damage found later will be considered your responsibility unless you reported it immediately upon delivery.

📅 Rental Period

  • Rentals are valid for 7 days from the date of delivery, as verified by the shipping carrier.

📦 Return Requirements

To receive full credit, the following conditions must be met:

  • All items (Pulse Timing Tool & Timing Light) must be returned undamaged: no scratches, cracks, or broken components.

  • All cables and parts must be intact.

  • Remove all grease and debris prior to return. A $5.00 cleaning fee will be charged per unit if necessary. Gloves and wipes are provided for use and cleaning. 

  • Return items in the original box provided, including:

    • Pulse Timing Tool & Timing Light Kit

    • The packing slip

💳 Refunds & Deductions

  • Products missing proper documentation will not be eligible for full credit.

  • Refunds are issued once the Pulse Timing Tool & Timing Light are received and validated.

  • Late returns will incur a $20.00 per day deduction from your deposit fee.
