Warranty information

Please read our warranty statement in full before purchasing our products.

Moose Diesel stands behind the products we sell.  For items we manufacture, we warrant the qualifying product(s) for one year from the date of purchase against defects due to normal use. This guarantee covers repair or replacement by us at our discretion, once we have received the item with a valid warranty claim form and RMA number. This warranty does not cover labor to remove or install, loss of vehicle use due to down time, or any other inconvenience.

The warranty will not be honored if the component or system shows evidence of fuel or oil contamination, fuel or oil starvation, lack of lubrication, moisture, alternative fuel usage, foreign object damage, unauthorized modification, abuse, shipping damage, or use in off highway or racing applications.

DO NOT OPEN OR MODIFY OR REPLACE the product AT ALL. Doing so releases us from the terms of this warranty. For a warranty claim you must contact us first. Email: support@moosediesel.com. Acceptance of the product without immediate return constitutes acceptance of these terms.

NOTICE: RETAIN ALL SHIPPING CAPS in the event of a warranty claim. Pump and injectors must be capped, ALL items must be bagged and well-padded for shipping. Shipping damage incurred from customer to Moose Diesel is not covered by warranty.

For products we do not manufacture, warranty periods vary.  Please read the documentation provided with your product before opening any sealed bags.  Opening of the packaging constitutes your acceptance of our warranty terms.


ELECTRIC LIFT PUMP WARRANTY STATEMENT

Electric fuel pumps come with a 90 day warranty from date of purchase. This guarantee covers replacement only, it does not cover labor to remove or install, loss of fuel, vehicle use due to down time, time off work, or any other inconvenience.

 

If you should require warranty coverage:

You will need to email our support@moosediesel.com account to receive an RMA number. 

This is to be written on the OUTSIDE of the box.  Inside the box you will need to enclose your name, phone number, email address and RMA number. 

 

You will need to supply pictures. Since we do not build or rebuild these pumps, the manufacturer (Holley) wants photographic evidence.

Once we have received the warranty pump, we will send out a new pump at no cost. Or other arrangements can be made via email.
