🛍️ Return & Cancellation Policy

To initiate a return, customers must first email support@moosediesel.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

✅ Return Eligibility

• Items must be sealed, unopened, unused, and in re-sellable condition within their original packaging.

• Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

• Special or custom orders are non-returnable. 

• Electrical components are not eligible for refund or credit.

• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns.

• Please retain original packaging in case a return is necessary.

💳 Fees & Deductions

• A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns, in addition to any applicable distributor restocking fees.

• For order cancellations made before shipment, a 20% fee will be deducted along with any credit card transaction fees.
