Return Policy
To begin a return, a customer MUST send an email to support@moosediesel.com to obtain an RMA number prior to returning any product! This is very important, as any returns not submitted with an RMA number may be lost or discarded.

Items MUST still be sealed in original packaging, unopened, unused, in re-saleable condition can be returned.
A 20% restocking fee above any distributor restocking fees applies to any items returned. Customer is responsible for all credit card and associated fees.
Special or custom orders ARE NOT eligible for return. Warranty may apply.
Electrical components of any kind are not returnable for refund or credit, but may be covered by warranty replacement.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Save the packaging in case of return.
Returns must occur within 30 days of purchase date.
