Return & Cancellation Policy

 

 

To begin a return, a customer MUST send an email to support@moosediesel.com to obtain an RMA number prior to returning any product!  This is very important, as any returns not submitted with an RMA number may be lost or discarded. Customer has 7 days to ship the product back.  The RMA number expires 15 days after the issue date. If items are not received by Moose Diesel in the allotted time frame- refunds will not be issued.

 

 

Customer MUST email: support@moosediesel.com to obtain an RMA number prior to returning any product. RMA numbers will not be given over the phone. 

Items MUST still be sealed in original packaging, unopened, unused, and in re-saleable condition. These can be returned within 30 days. 

A 20% restocking fee above any distributor restocking fees applies to any items returned. Customer is responsible for all credit card, shipping, taxes and associated fees.

Canceled orders- refunds will be made minus 10% and all processing fees. 

 

Special or custom orders ARE NOT eligible for return. Warranty may apply.

Electrical components of any kind are not returnable for refund or credit, but may be covered by warranty replacement.

Any returned item that cannot be sold as new will receive a maximun credit of half cost. 

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Returns must be in the original packaging, no exceptions.

Returns must occur within 30 days of purchase date.
