Core Policy And Advisor Video

PUMP AND INJECTOR CORE RETURN POLICY

Our industry relies on you to return your working cores, without your cores, other orders can't be fulfilled.


 

KEEP YOUR CAPS!!

Caps are needed in support of your warranty period. Pumps and injectors returned under warranty without caps may have their warranties voided. Cores don't need caps. They are being disassembled and cleaned anyway.

  

WE ARE NOT GIVING FULL CORE CREDIT FOR NON WEEP HOLE PUMPS AS CORES.

SEE PICTURE ABOVE IF YOU DON'T KNOW THE DIFFERENCE.

PUMP:

  • Please ship your core within 15 days of receiving your product.

  • The core must have all its parts and not be seized or broken for full credit to apply.

  • Please return the core in the box provided WITH the packing slip being provided.

  • Attach the Yellow Tag to the core.

  • Products returned without the proper documentation will not get full credit.

  • Once your core is received and validated, a core refund will be credited to you in about a month.

  • If core is not received by the due date, partial or no refund will be given depending on date of receipt. Call if you have extra requirements. 803-892-0164

Injectors: Old copper washers and o-rings must be removed.

  • Please ship your cores within 15 days of receiving your product.

  • The cores must not have thread damage, cracks or missing parts, copper washers and o-rings removed for full credit to apply.

  • Please return the cores in the box provided WITH the packing slip being provided.

  • Products returned without the proper documentation will not get full credit.

  • Once your cores are received and validated, a core refund will be credited to you in about a month.
