🚚 Top Cover Core Return Policy and Instructions

Return Window: Please ship your top cover core within 15 days of receiving your product.

Core Condition: Top Cover Cores must include all original parts and be free of seizure or damage, intact without damage from fire, breakage, or missing pieces. Electrical connectors must not be bent or broken. Housing may not be cracked or damaged. 

Packaging Instructions:

Use the packaging provided.
Include the packing slip.
Documentation: Incomplete or undocumented returns may receive partial or no refund.

Refund Timeline: Once your core is received and validated, your core refund will be processed, this takes approximately one month.

Late Returns: If received after the 15-day window, a reduced or no refund may apply based on receipt date.
