🛍️ Return & Cancellation Policy
To initiate a return, customers must first email support@moosediesel.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
✅ Return Eligibility

Items must be sealed, unopened, unused, and in re-sellable condition within their original packaging.

Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

Special or custom orders are non-returnable.

Electrical components are not eligible for refund or credit.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns.

Please retain original packaging in case a return is necessary.
💳 Fees & Deductions

A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns, in addition to any applicable distributor restocking fees.

For order cancellations made before shipment, a 20% fee will be deducted along with any credit card transaction fees.
Injection Pump and Injector Warranty information
LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY
We warrant all qualifying product(s) against defects arising from normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty includes repair or replacement, at our sole discretion, upon receipt of the product accompanied by a valid warranty claim form and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Please Note: This warranty does not cover the following:

Labor costs for removal or installation

Downtime or loss of vehicle use
-
Any incidental or consequential inconvenience
Warranty Exclusions: Claims will not be honored if the product shows signs of:

Fuel or oil contamination

Fuel or oil starvation
-
Lack of lubrication
-
Moisture or water damage
-
Use of alternative fuels
-
Damage from foreign objects
-
Unauthorized modification or tampering
-
Abuse or misuse
-
Shipping-related damage
-
Installation in off-highway or racing applications
Installation must occur within four (4) weeks of purchase to remain eligible under this warranty.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT open, modify, or attempt to repair or replace any part of the product. Doing so will immediately void this warranty.
To initiate a claim, you must contact us first at: support@moosediesel.com. By accepting delivery of the product and failing to return it promptly, you agree to these warranty terms.
🚨 IMPORTANT SHIPPING & WARRANTY NOTICE
To ensure warranty eligibility, please follow these guidelines when returning items:

Retain all shipping caps. These must be included with your shipment in the event of a warranty claim.

Bag and cap all components, and package them securely with sufficient padding to prevent damage in transit.

Moose Diesel is not responsible for shipping damage incurred on returns from the customer. Improperly packaged items may void the warranty.

Return your registration card with the product. Without it, the warranty will not be honored.

✅ Eligible Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they meet all the following criteria:

In re-saleable condition

Shipped in original packaging (no exceptions)
⚠️ Any returned item that cannot be sold as new will receive a maximum 50% credit.

A 20% restocking fee (or more) will be applied to all returns.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs, credit card fees, taxes, and any other associated charges.
🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

Electrical components are not returnable for refund or credit, though some may qualify for warranty replacement.
NOTICE: If the registration card is not returned- there is no warranty. ALL items must be bagged and well-padded for shipping. Shipping damage incurred from customer to Moose Diesel is not covered by warranty. See proper packaging document in Support under Core Policy.

Returning your working cores helps keep our industry running smoothly. We greatly appreciate your cooperation—your core returns are vital to our business operations.
KEEP YOUR CAPS!!
Caps are needed in support of your warranty period. Pumps and injectors returned under warranty without caps may have their warranties voided. Cores don't need caps. They are being disassembled and cleaned anyway.
WE ARE NOT GIVING FULL CORE CREDIT FOR NON WEEP HOLE PUMPS AS CORES.

💉 Injector Core Return Guidelines

Return Window: Please ship your injector cores within 15 days of receiving your product.

Remove old copper washers and O-rings prior to return.
-
Cores must be free of thread damage, cracks, and missing parts to qualify for full credit.

Use the original box provided.

Include the packing slip.

Documentation: Incomplete or undocumented returns may receive partial or no refund.

Refund Timeline: Once your cores are received and validated, your core refund will be processed—takes approximately one month.

Isspro Gauge Return Policy:
You may return most new, unopened items purchased directly from ISSPRO or ISSPRO.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. *Return of customized products, such as gauges or fuel senders are not allowed* If you purchased your item through one of our distributors, please contact the distributor you purchased from to initiate return.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and may be assessed a repackaging fee as well if determined needed/required by ISSPRO.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return and why you are returning. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
ISSPRO Inc Warranty policy
All ISSPRO products have a one-year warranty from purchase date.
Standard/Classic Standard Parts warranty:
Obtain an RGA (returned goods authorization) number from ISSPRO for the product or products you wish to send in for warranty consideration.
*Please note, if you did not purchase your items directly from ISSPRO or ISSPRO.com, please contact the distributor you purchased through to start the warranty process*
Call Aftermarket Sales/Customer Service at 1-800-888-8065, ext. 3417 or 3425, or email aftermarket@isspro.com to obtain your RGA number to send in products for warranty testing.
**PLEASE NOTE THAT ISSPRO DOES NOT INCLUDE OR PROVIDE RETURN SHIPPING LABELS TO SEND IN ITEMS TO BE CHECKED FOR WARRANTY CONSIDERATION**
Once you have obtained your return number, please return your item(s) to ISSPRO at 2515 NE Riverside Way, Portland, OR 97211 with your RGA number clearly written on the package you are returning your item(s) in. Packages that are not clearly marked with the RGA number will experience a delay in processing the item for warranty.
If items are found to be defective by ISSPRO a replacement part will be sent out at no charge. No refunds will be issued.
If items returned are tested at ISSPRO and found to be operating within spec, your parts will be returned to you via priority mail through USPS at no charge.
Once the return authorization number has been issued, you will receive an email confirmation from jen@isspro.com with instructions on how to return the product. Please include any notes about the issue you were having with the product as well as contact information to contact you at in case ISSPRO tech needs to call and get more details about the issue you are experiencing along with a copy of the RGA confirmation paperwork in with the product(s) being returned for warranty consideration.
**PLEASE NOTE, IF INSTRUCTIONS LISTED ON CONFIRMATION ARE NOT FOLLOWED, THE ITEM WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REJECTED AND RETURNED TO YOU.**
